Sore Workout 🥵

Today I feel a little heavy
Christian: Have you trained a lot of basics in the last days?
So, this videos wasn't planned, but at least you get an idea of how I do train when I'm a little tired
In the last few days I have destroyed my body with a lot of strengthening basics exercises, so my muscles are sore
So, I have used some elastic bands to assist my sets

It doesn't matter your level, the elastic bands are helpful
If you are an expert you can still use them to warming up or as a part of the workout session when you are tired.
If you are a beginner it's even better, you can use them to improve your technique,
great if you want to train and improve planches, front levers, back levers, muscle ups etc.
So you can improve the exercises in a safe way
So, I just finished 6 sets of planche with assistance (3 with "heavy" assistance and 3 with the "light" one)
Now I'm going to try a couple of sets without resistance bands and then I'll do some front levers...
I'll finish my workout with some push + pull strengthening exercises
You should already know that, but in the last months I'm only training some basics exercises,
to keep my body in shape, without the risk of serious injuries
And then I'll see in the future if I want to start training some skills again, I might do it just because some of you like them so much.

I have already did 1 set of front lever pulls, my triceps are super sore from the previous training session,
But I have to admit that I'm not THAT sore as I was in the beginning of the workout
At least I can train
