Shopping Food for the Week
Let’s start with a bang
Why the dark chocolate?
It’s a good source of fats every once in a while
I do eat 30gr of dark chocolate every once in a while during my breakfast,
I like to eat it with some greek yogurt and one little spoon of honey
The secret to not buy junk food, is to not look while passing near the candies and all those type of food.
So when you’ll be home you’ll only have “healthy” food.
Aloe vera, mango flavor, I love it.
A couple of bottles should be enough.
I won’t buy water, I do already have a lot of water at home.
Eggs.
I think 6 eggs are enough.
I do already have 2 or 3 eggs in my fridge,
I do eat 3 eggs every other day, So 9 eggs for a week should be enough.
Some cereals for my breakfast…these one because I like the taste.
But the oat is more important. Quaker’s white oats is an essential in my opinion.
Some potatoes
Good carbohydrates source
Speaking about carbohydrates… ...Some bread for today and tomorrow
I’ll probably buy more bread in a couple of days, because I like to eat it fresh.
Blueberries
excellent as an antioxidant
I love fruit
Some blackberries and raspberries too.
Some lettuce
Baby carrots
Great source of fibers
The fiber in food slows the digestion and regulates blood sugar
Anyway I’m not a nutritionist and this is not a guide on what to eat.

Oranges
Oranges every day for vitamin C.
What about the chicken?
Nope
The last time I have eaten come chicken breast was in 2021 or 2022 probably.
In my opinion there are better proteins sources with better micronutrients.
You know what I like to eat?
Steaks!
I do already imagine all the negatives comments I could receive “Red meat is not safe” bla bla
Red meat contains generous amounts of iron, vitamin b12, zinc, magnesium, potassium
which are important nutrients for energy and vitality.
Yes, I do know, it’s full of saturated fats, but it’s in balance with my macronutrient percentage of the day.
I could not miss some pasta.
You do already know I like to eat pasta almost every day, especially at lunch.
I do really train a lot, and I like pasta so much
so I eat a lot of carbs.
Now, some rice.
Great source of carbohydrates, much better than pasta.
This should be more than enough for the week.
I was forgetting about the strawberries, so I came back to take some.
Now I do only need to take a couple of products, the ones in the fridge…some yogurt and milk.
Also I do already imagine the comments here… “the human is the only living being who still drinks milk even when adult” bla bla
good source of iron, proteins and fats.
Ok I do usually take some partially skimmed milk or high quality whole milk.
I do already have a couple of bottles at home, so I won’t take these with me, but at least you get an idea of what I like.
Maybe I need to come back to buy some more bread, fruit and steaks for the week…Or maybe not
Now, 0% fats yogurt.
1 or 2 of these should be more than enough for the week.
Keep in mind that I do alternate my breakfast between milk + oats
and yogurt + 1 little spoon of honey + 30gr of dark chocolate (or 2-3 walnuts)
I’m gonna take some kefir too.
