One Arm Pull up Exercises
These were a few One Arm Pull ups exercises to add to your routine.
I have shown them to you in increasing difficulty.
I assisted myself with the help of the rope of the ring, but you can also use the rope of a trx or whatever can help you..
The more you pull with the hand on your rope, the easier the exercise.
As you have probably have noticed, during the last few reps of the Assisted OAP I lowered the hand, to have less assistance.
The assistance is important to make the exercise of the right difficulty.
It all depends by the effort level you want to reach during every set.
Every set should be neither too difficult neither too easy.
Obviously you can also help yourself with a resistance band, the thicker the band the easier the exercise will be.
