I do have the Blood Flow Restriction cuffs, but not with me today, so whenever you want try them just let me know.
When I have injuries I do use BFR cuffs and the pain disappear.
I don’t know if this type of training can really help you, but we can give it a try.
So today I’m doing a lot of Straddle L-sit because I wanna show off my quads progressions ahahah
