New Gym! Tour + Calisthenics Workout
Today I’m going to show you all the gym rooms
But first, I have to train

Sadly I do always have some problems with my subscapularis
Especially with pulling exercises like pull ups, muscle ups, front lever etc.
I can’t properly engage my lats due to this.
I haven’t trained much in the last months, and probably you can notice it by watching these clips, but the most important thing is that you enjoy the video.

You will find different training routines to improve pull ups, push ups, dips etc.
Also for the most advanced athletes there is a planche routine.

I felt very heavy during the exercises, but the session was okay, the muscle pump is good.

Hi, I’m Gian Marco Belardi, this is our fitness club, specialized for more than 30 years in sports and health
We have a space of 5000Sqm, the gym is in Rome, Italy.
We have a co-working area where you can chill with your friends, stay hydrated, send emails and much more.
We do also have an Amazon locker, you can order the products and come directly in the gym to pick them up.
All the staff is welcoming, they will be able to help you in whatever you need.
Inside the weight room we have the latest generation machines,
We have dumbbells up to 46kg (101lbs) and also different types of rehab machines,
We also have all the necessary equipment for powerlifting and weightlifting training
these are the rooms where we host different type of courses.
This is the room for Karate, we have different international and national medal athletes.
This is the reformer room,
This is the room where we do dance lessons
Near the Dance room there is the Indoor Cycling room.
On the upper floor there is a 600Sqm Gym floor.
This is an open space were you can find all different types of functional equipment, cardio machines, calisthenics bars and much more.
We have different classes of calisthenics, functional circuits, trx training, booty pump
We also have metabolic work, postural, pilates, pre-pugilism, yoga, antigravity yoga, abs classes, there is also the possibility to reserve personal training lessons.
