This is a quick and easy healthy snack to prepare.
You only need a few ingredients
You can eat it whenever you want, I love it during the afternoon.
Don’t start with “this is a sad meal” comments or similar.
It’s true, the taste is neutral, but you can always add some peanut butter jelly or some jam
I like to add them both.
Another great option is to add some protein cream, like the ones you see on my videos and on my instagram profile.
