The video starts with a straddle planche like this: /\
The song you will listen will be different from the original video, otherwise youtube will give me problems with the copyright.
If you want to watch the original video you will find the link on the top right corner.
Having said that..
straddle planche to a not so good full planche and then my “”special move””
The one that I always felt pretty easy to do, a V-sit.
I’m not going to say anything, because it is what it is…
To notify:
(A) The dumbbells instead of the parallettes (in the previous clip) since I didn’t have the parallettes, so I used to do the exercises over a couple of dumbbells.
(B) This horrible skill…with mechanic gloves because the ground was not comfortable, that type of ground full of pebbles.
A so so diamond straddle planche..
Looking at the cam…
AH the looking at the cam, it’s a classic!
But it is a classic thanks to me!
I know, it is not cool to say this, but it’s the truth.
In the last few year everyone do this
They look at the cam while doing the exercises and while doing the competitions…
Who was the first to do these type of things?
It was me, fu**ing meee
I always was the one showing the tongue or winking at the cam.
I was the one doing these type of things since the very beginning.
A very nice elbow plank with one arm.
And here, other than the green hairstyle, here is my very first planche with supinated grip on a single “bar”.
I probably already did a couple of supine planches on the ground, but on a single bar was the very first time.
I was in a parkour meeting and I was doing calisthenics exercises ahah
Full, bad form, but not too bad..
All the clips were in backlight, I can’t see anything
Ahh here, I had the forearm brace since I always had problems on my left wrist
At that time I already broke my ulna twice (Then I broke my ulna once again at the end of 2016).
I broke my ulna due to external things, not due to training.
I was doing planche even with the forearm brace, you shouldn’t do it.
And here is a planche on the ground with supinated grip
I remember I didn’t warm up for this.
Probably one of the most stressful exercises for the body (especially without warming up).
Don’t do like me, I was lucky I didn’t get injured.
It’s very dangerous!
By the way if you need to work on your pull ups, dips, push ups
you can visit www.andrealarosa.fit the basics are very important!
The first 6,7 or 8 months I only used to training basics exercises.
Then I started with the first harder skills like these ones of the video.
I was very lucky that I didn’t get any injury.
Use your mind while trainings.
Look how many wristbands and sleeves I had on my arm ahah
I probably had some type of discomfort..
It is a very wrong thing to do, you shouldn’t push with this type of pain.
Your body needs to recover, especially the first months of trainings, when you are not used to these type of stress.
The body is not ready for these type of stressful exercises.
Keep calm, build some basic strength and muscles, and then step by step you can work on the first skills.
But it is up to you, not everyone are interested in skills.
I also had some extra weight, if you notice my shoes.
Those type of shoes are probably 2kg (4.4lbs) ahah
The end of the video is funny.
I got stuck while I was doing one arm pull/chin ups.
I didn’t know the proper movement ahaha
Finished.
Not bad
With the original song was better.
Already 7 years has been passed.
Time flies, like this..

Comment below and let me know which is the most interesting thing of the video.
(1) If the shoes as a extra weight.
(2) The 3000 forearm sleeves and wristbands I had on my left arm.
(3) Me looking at the cam when it still wasn’t a common thing.
(4) Any other option.
See you soon.
