I have just finished a set of 20 muscle ups
Today push & pull
I’m pretty satisfied
Last time I have tried to do a set like this was many years ago
Due to my subscapularis pain I didn’t train much pull exercises in the last couple of years.
I don’t feel like I have lost much resistance, maybe 3-4 reps, but 20 reps it’s good enough.
Enough muscle ups for today
Now I’m going to do a couple of pull ups with extra weight. (two 10 kgs discs + 2,5 kgs weighted vest)

Shoulder width grip, but with elbows out,
I feel a better chest activation with the following form.
1 set only.
Enough. I’m pretty satisfied with this session.
