Just came back home from my workout.
I’m going to explain you everything very quickly.
A few days ago, I had the opportunity to try this new workout.
The pumping was incredible, so I decided to share the workout with you.
So, I started my workout with Leg Extension, one of my favorite exercises to have a quad pump.
I did 4 sets x 15-20 reps.
Every repetition must be slow and controlled.
30 Seconds of rest between each set.
Then, 15-20 Repetitions of Leg Press + 15-20 Repetitions of Hack Squat.
4 sets. 1’ of rest between each set.
At this point of the workout, your legs must be already pretty tired due to all the hard work in a short amount of time.
If you want to try my workout, decrease the weight you usually use, because the time of rest between each set, is very low and the repetitions are A LOT!
If you are not used to this type of training, you will get tired.
As you can see from the video, the last exercise is the Reverse Lunge and I wasn't able to feel anymore my legs due to the extreme pump.
If you work properly and choose the right amount of weight with the first 3 exercises, at this point you will be near the end of your energies.
Lunges: 4 sets x 15 repetitions per each leg.
