Last Crazy Calisthenics Session at the Park
Today I’m happy, because this is my last video before going to vacation.
I do really need a short break, In the last few months I had some (minor) injuries
I think this injuries are due to the mental stress of my job
I do have to record lots of videos on my instagram, youtube, tiktok, building workout programs, working out etc.
So this is the perfect moment to take a short break.
I hope I can recover at least a bit
Even though I will only have 7-10 days off
Enough talk
Today I’m going to train in a park that you don’t see much on my channel
I used to go training there in 6, 7 years ago.
Let’s see if I can do some skills
I’ll probably do the same thing you usually see, some planches and handstands

I forgot my shaker with the intra-workout at home, this is a huge mistake
I can’t drink

Anyway, warm up almost done,
I’ll probably do a couple of extra sets
My left arms still gives me pain, but nothing unbearable, I think I can push a little on the parallels bars
I have found a momentary solution to not become dehydrated

I know that not many people aspire to learn extreme calisthenics skills,
this is why I have done programs with basics bodyweight exercises.

Let’s keep training
Maybe you can’t see it, but I have burned my hands to finish my set on those monkey bars,
it’s 12pm of July
The temperature of the structure is super high, I’m not going to touch those bars again.
My skin is detached from my hands
During my last set this part of the skin was killing me.
But I’m satisfied
After long time I was able to push my body to the limit
In the last few months I have avoided a lot of exercises due to the pain on my right shoulder and left arm.
But I’m happy.
Probably because I’m super relaxed and ready to go on vacation.
Another workout session done.
I’m happy because I have also tried some one arm handstand after long time, maybe not the best ones but is okay.
Maybe I can start train them again. I used to train one arm handstand on the ground in 2015/2016
Today I didn’t feel much control, maybe because in this park the parallels bars are too far from each other,
so at least for me is a little bit challenging to lean to the side.
my arm didn’t give me much pain, just a little bit.
I have also tried a short maltese hold after 1 year.
I have have done maltese holds only while recording videos in the last years.
Maybe I should try more extreme skills but I don’t want to risk injuries just for a “stupid” video on my social.
I want to stay healthy, because this is my job, so I can’t afford any serious injury.
My body should always be healthy enough so I can record videos for my sponsors and publicize my workout programs/products.
