INSANE CALISTHENICS Triceps Workout
This is the current situation of my triceps
I have already took the pre-workout,

Riki: Hi guys!
I already did some warm up exercises, let's start with the most important exercise of the day. Triceps Extensions
It can be a little difficult if you don't usually train with your own bodyweight
If too difficult you can do it with knees on the ground
Now I will do the classic triceps ext.
As I said before, do it with knees on the ground if too difficult
If you are not used to calisthenics exercises it can be difficult with knees on the ground too.
If so, you can skip this exercise and increase the number of sets of the next exercises.
You need a good basic strength for this session.
Riki: My tricep is exploding, I do already feel it
The secret is: Short rest.
Rest between sets as less as possible
The more you lean forward the harder the exercise!
This exercise can give you wrists problems sometimes, so be careful.
Maybe is the only negative side
But if you have a good preparation is okay.
Riki: Other than that, it's a crazy good exercise, my triceps are exploding.
Another set, otherwise we rest too much
You can also do slower reps.
Focus on the eccentric part
Go go go
5 sets done. Rest about 45-60 seconds between sets.
Riki: Yes, not even a minute.
Now there is a very interesting superset...if I remember correctly.
Dips + Assisted Dips.
If too easy you can increase the reps.
If too difficult you can decrease the reps.
Quick intra-workout, I'm taking this during every workout in the last month.

I decided to increase the reps during the last set
This was the session of the day.
You can increase/decrease the number of sets, but it's useless if you do less than 2-3 sets per superset.
Rest less as possible between each set. Possibly less than 60 seconds.
1-2 times per week is okay.
