HELL of a CIRCUIT + Motorbike Update

Yo guys, just come back from my summer holidays.

Today I decided to do a short bodyweight circuit of about 3 minutes

1 minute of Leg Raises at the bar

1 minute of Dips and 1 minute of Pull ups.

It’s a simple circuit, but it can be very effective if you repeat it for more rounds.

It’s perfect to make the blood flow and to start up my upper body after a period without trainings.

I read a lot of positive feedback from the previous video with my KTM Duke.

In a few words, the MIVV decided to send me the latest version of their exhaust system for my motorbike.

As many of you already knows it, a few months ago I put the MIVV GP, and now they sent me the MIVV Ghibli Black.

I put it as soon as I received it, since I had to change only the last part of the exhaust.

So, now I can use both the exhaust, I just need to change the terminal whenever I want.
