Full Body Calisthenics Routine - Intermediate Difficulty Circuit

The circuit of the day is for “intermediate” athletes.

I have started with 3 Muscle ups then 6 Pistol Squats per each leg

Time: 205.339

Then 9 Pike Push ups

Time: 207.283

Next 12 Chin ups.

Time: 211.002

Right after the chin ups it’s time for 15 Split Squat Pumps

Time: 217.863

I say “pumps” because the range of motion isn’t 100%, it’s just to “pump the leg” a little bit;

Last exercise of the circuit is: Push ups, 18 reps.

As you can see I have increased the number of reps after every exercise.

Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times.

Once you get used to this circuit you can do 5 sets.
