That was one of Marco Giuliani’s workout routine.
He is currently training some basics and we gave it a try today.
I like the pump of this routine.
Every once in a while is important to work on the basics, is always good to feel muscles work.
This type of work is important for everyone, doesn’t matter if you train for skills, endurance or aesthetic.
If you wanna increase your strength just decrease the number of reps and add some extra weight.
If you wanna work on your endurance you can increase the repetitions of every set.
If you wanna work on aesthetic and some easy endurance you can just try the routine as we have showed to you.
The pump is crazy.
I don’t have a mirror right now, but I feel the muscle pump.
Flex a little bit.
Remember guys… “with calisthenics you can’t get muscular” ahah
