EATING the FLOYD MAYWEATHER DIET & Bodyweight WORKOUT for 24 Hours

A day like Floyd Mayweather Jr.
If you enjoy the idea, this could be a new format of videos were I do eat and train like famous athletes.
Let’s start.
Floyd said in an interview when he used to compete he used to wake up at 2.30pm and go straight to the gym.
So I’m going to start with 40’ up to 1 hour of jumping rope and then I will eat 1st meal.
1st meal of the day:
Juice, an egg, a couple of burgers, some potatoes and bacon.
Also a little bit of bbq sauce.
1st meal done.
Now I have the energies to do the bodyweight strengthening session of Floyd.
I will do the same exercises he decided to show to the public.
Let’s start the strengthening session with 200 repetitions of ab exercises.
On his videos he doesn’t seem to have a specific number of sets and reps, he changes every time.
So I decided to go for 200 reps.
Now 100 push ups.

100 push ups will be good for me.
I will do the push ups as him.
So I will go down, I will break the 90° angle with my arms and then I will push back up.
It’s time for a few hammer pull/chin ups.
He usually does between 1 and 3 repetitions per set, so I will do only a few for today.
The workout was pretty good!
Floyd, whenever you want, I can teach you some calisthenics exercises ahah.
After a workout it’s time to eat!
2nd meal of the day: Pasta, Beans and Chicken.
Now I have more energy.
I need energy because it’s time for a run!
The hardest part of the run is done
Now it's time for some cool down
And then some calories and rest
Just finished to run, I’m pretty tired, I’m going to take a shower and then I will eat something.
That was a difficult day.
