I’m going to pump up these biceps
I’ll show you how little you need to maintain muscle mass.
Now I’m going to wear a tanktop and go to the calisthenics room.
I came here because I prefer to use this bar with a smaller diameter,
I feel more comfortable for the wrists when doing chin ups.
I came here also because there is nobody and I can remove my tanktop.
As you can see I’m not used to train with barbells or kettlebells.
I used to train curls with an elastic band, but now I have the opportunity to use them and I’m going to do it every once in a while.
I want to specify that my biceps were already numb during the 1st set of curls, this is why I couldn’t execute them with a proper form.
Probably a couple of kgs less would have been better, but since it was a superset I didn’t have time to change the discs on the barbell.
In July 2023 I have had a little injury on my left bicep, I feel like I lost a lot of strength.
My right bicep is great, I can do dozens of reps without problems
But my left bicep always becomes numb and lose all the strength after a few repetitions of chin ups/curls,
this is why I’m doing these type of biceps workout.
