I did already take the pre-workout.
I was thinking to do a basic session today. Marco: Me too, today basics.
Marco: In this period I'm working out properly
Marco: This gym it is really minimalistic, not bad.
I’m gonna start my set. Marco: Then let’s do the set all together.
Rest as minimum as possible between sets.
Marco: I do already feel the pump.
In the last few days I do feel pain on my right shoulder.

I slept 1 hour only.

Riki: Andrea cured me.
I just need to train my chest more. I should start focus on it again.
But the real question is…
Should I cut my beard? I was thinking to cut it around January or February 2022.
So that I don’t suffer the cold.
