Christian is busy, so he didn't come
We were planning on training together today

How do I feel today?
I have had better times, but also worst ones.
I must say that my body is a little bit sore from the previous days, I have already worked out 4-5 times this week.
But I don't feel too heavy
I have some problems on my left arm, but just a little
I'm going to drink this between sets.

The session was acceptable
with some planche and also a couple of front lever pull ups,
Last time I have trained those pull ups was back in April, everytime I do some pull exercises my subscapolar hurts
So I have tried to avoid pull workouts
But I still have a couple of reps,
About the planche, high and lows, I should train that again to do it better

I wouldn't record if it was up to me
Because it's very stressful to record these sessions when I'm tired.
I could train less, but the risk of not being in shape is very high then
It's very hard to find the right balance
