Calisthenics + Weights. Back and Biceps Workout

Back and Biceps workout today Calisthenics exercises + dumbbells
I do usually use the resistance bands, but since we have everything in this gym, I have decided to change a little bit
Don’t focus too much on the weight of the dumbbells the most important thing is to tire the body by doing a lot of volume
so the pull ups will be harder after every set.
3-4 sets with less rest as possible, I suggest 60-90 seconds between each set.
Next superset is: Reverse pull ups + bicep curls with hammer grip
Also this superset si done for the day, now the last one.
I’d like to focus more on the basics for the following weeks,
because in the last few months I haven’t trained much due to some problems.
I don’t know if I should explain the situation…
I had an operation to remove a tooth
I couldn’t train, also I had to eat only liquid food for a week.
After that, I have trained for a couple of days and then I went to in vacation.
That was a vacation I had reserved long time ago, so I couldn’t cancel it.
Back from vacations I have recorded 1 video for the channel, and I was feeling very bad. (High fever, tonsillitis, headache etc)
I discovered I had an abscess.
So I did another operation and had to stay another week without training at all and eating only liquid food.
At the moment I do still have some pain, but the bad part is gone, the most important thing is that I can train again.
This is my 5th training session back from the 2nd operation.
Now it’s time for chin ups + supinated bicep curls.
I have probably rested more than 1 minute, but it’s ok for today.
Session done.
I have to regain some strength, but this is why basics are important.
Dips, push ups, pull ups and core workout should never been skipped.
