Calisthenics Inferno Circuit - Strengthening Routine at the Park
Inferno Circuit of the day, great to end the week
Great to increase a little the heart rate
and work on the basics of calisthenics

you will find all the basics exercises of calisthenics
the programs are full of pull ups, push ups and similar exercises
you will understand how I like to train
and then you can try one of these circuits at the end of the week
Rest between every set: 3 minutes.
This is what I recommend
repeat the circuit 3 times.
if you are an advanced athlete you can do it for 5-6 times in a single workout session.
If you lose strength between the sets, don't worry, just decrease the repetitions
so, instead of 15 australian pull ups you can do 12-10 reps.
do it for the harder exercises.
after a couple of sets you will get a good muscle pump, you will lose sensibility
so the most technical exercises could become harder.
