Routine of the day, you can also do it with a friend.
So, the 1st person start with a chin over the bar hold, while the 2nd one does 5 chin ups.
As soon as the 2nd person finishes the repetitions, the 1st person start with the repetitions.
Decrease the repetitions until you go down to 1.
Pretty easy to remember, 1 person does the isometric hold, 1 person does the chin ups.
Right after the chin ups do the same with handstand push ups.
If the handstand push ups are too difficult you can try with some elevated pike push ups as I showed you in the video.
About the chin ups, try to alternate the grip between each training session. (Or also between sets).
Once you finish this routine rest 3-5 minutes and repeat it 2 or 3 more times in a single session.
