Calisthenics at the Park
Back at the park, after a lot of months.
Winter is finally over, the weather is great even though it’s getting little cloudy at the moment.
Can’t wait to do my workout in complete peace.
I have almost finished my pre-workout.
In 5 minutes I’ll be at the bars, and I start the session.
Just finished my energy aminos, blackberry flavor, highly suggested.

Today I’m going to start with some abs/core activation and muscle up.
I’d also like to record a couple of videos for my TikTok page.

Today I’m gonna do 3-4 sets per each exercise, but I’ll probably put 1 clip only in the video.

That was my very first set of the day.
since I have tore my pectoral I have had a lot of problems with pull ups and muscle ups.
That’s probably because my pec is stretched when hanging at the bar.

I missed working out at the park.
Gym workouts are probably better due to all the equipment you can use,
but the calisthenics sessions at the park are special to me.
My body just doesn’t wanna do muscle ups.

The BFR cuffs are studied for biceps curls, triceps pulldowns and similar.
So it would be better with some elastic bands or dumbbells.
