BREAKFAST of a CHAMPION! What I EAT [SUB ENG]
Today I’m going to show you one of my favorite breakfast.
1 thing: Oat Flakes.
Why the Oat Flakes?
Because it’s…
…full of fibers.
And even if it’s not purely full of proteins, it has a good quantity of proteins.
Also ti gives a lot of energy, due to the high quantity of carbs!
It’s one of my favorite foods for workout days.
I just put about 130gr of Oat Flakes, probably 380+ Kcalories.
To makes the meal tasty, I do usually add some sultanas because it’s full of fructose.
I don’t have a specific quantity to add, I do usually try to fill the cup.
Now I just added about 30grams.
Blueberries, to makes the meal tasty!
Also here, I don’t have a specific quantity to add, I do usually try to fill the cup.
Now I just added about 40grams of blueberries.
Then, a banana.
You all know, the banana is one of the best foods for an athlete.
It has high quantity of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and so on.
I cut the banana so I can put it in the cup.
These are 150grams of banana.
There is not a specific quantity, because it all depends by how much I do workout during the day, by how many hours and so on.
There are so many variables!
A drop of milk to make the meal less dry.
Also, if I want more energy and taste to this meal, I do add some honey and cinnamon.
So, this is the 1st part of my breakfast.
I love it.
Now I’m going to show you the 2nd part of my breakfast, with some proteins!
But first, let me give a bite to this.
So, 2nd part of breakfast, some oil and then I do add Egg Whites.
A short shake and we are ready.
So, for 100ml of Egg Whites, there are about 10ml of proteins.
So I do usually add 200ml of Egg Whites, sometimes more or little less.
Now we have to wait.
I do add some black pepper, otherwise is too much insipid.
You can also add other ingredients…
…like some garlic, onion and so on ahah whatever you like.
I do add only black pepper, because I like simple things.
Otherwise I get bored, because this is something I do eat almost every day.
After a long period it can gets you tired of eating it.
So I prefer to keep it simple as possible.
Of course you can always change something about this breakfast.
It looks little quantity.
So…
Oat Flakes, Blueberries, Sultanas, Banana, a drop of milk, honey and cinnamon.
And here we have some Egg Whites with black pepper, to increase the intake of proteins.
And that’s it!
So, this is one of my breakfast!
I don’t always eat the Egg Whites for breakfast, sometimes I do eat them for dinner.
I do try to eat high proteins food or as a post workout...
Or in the morning, because the body need to recover quickly due to all the hours of inactivity
(since you don’t usually eat in the middle of the night if you are sleeping).
That what I like to do.
And this is the “Energetic” part of the breakfast, it fuels me for my workouts of the day.
