Bigger Triceps at Home in 30 days
I have showed you some of the best triceps exercises you can do at home.
The only other important exercise is “Dips”, but for today we will only focus on push ups and pushdown.

You can adapt this routine to your abilities, doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete!
I’ll show you how I would adapt the routines at the end of the video.
The routine I have just showed you is the intermediate one.
In a single session you should repeat the exercises until you’re able to do only 5 push ups during the set.
You can repeat this routine every 4-6 days, depending on how you feel.
The final goal is to go near your limit during every session.
Reps changes depending by your level,
but I generally suggest to stay between 5 and 20 reps per set. (More infos at the end of the video)
Remember, continue your session until you’re able to do 5 full Tricep ext./diamond push ups reps.
Once you can't do more than 5 reps per exercise is time to eat, sleep and recover
Why I have said between 20 and 5 reps per set?
Because you can either do 8-5 slow tempo reps or 20-12 normal tempo reps.
Anyway I’ll be more accurate at the end of the video with a screenshot of the routines.
Repeat the session for some weeks and I’m sure you will have good progress.
During your workout do 1 set, rest 1 minute and go to the next exercise.
Repeat until you until you’re able to do 5 full Tricep ext./diamond push ups reps.
Don’t worry, this session won’t take too much time if you do it properly, especially if you go to the limit during the triceps pushdown.
Now, for advanced athletes I suggest to start with triceps pushdown and go to the limit,
then you do your triceps ext. push ups and diamond push ups, so you don’t need to do too many reps.
