We have decided to record a new routine with some variations.
I have took a few exercises from the usual Valerio’s routine and we mixed them up all together in a single session.
We have started our session with some plank variations to warm up and activate the body set after set.

Valerio: I have changed my routines since the last video with Andrea.
Now I do only train 3 per week... But when I train I do push and pull exercises in a single session.
So I can train and pump the same muscles more frequently.
Ok, so you exercise 3 times per week instead of 4 times to recover better
Maybe you have less free time
Valerio: Exactly, with my job I prefer to train 3 times per week, not more.
