Attempting the Ultimate Challenge: Trying Weighted Handstand Push ups
Today I’m going to try weighted handstand push ups with these 2 beasts

I am more anxious on keeping the balance during the handstand than the idea of failing the push up.

It’s pretty common to see weighted pull ups and dips, but this is a different beast,
you need balance, technique and strength.
Sim: You need a lot of focus to keep the balance!

The more weight you add the more mental it becomes!
And: Yep, when you add this much weight you feel anxious during the handstand.
