Andrea Larosa - Q&A 2
hey guys welcome back to the second
episode of this series how and why did
you started what gives you motivation
I started bodyweight training because I
wanted to improve myself I wanted to be
in better shape this still gives me the
motivation to working are what are your
next goals to keep doing what I really
like and spread my passion for training
was many people as possible I struggle
with patterns in terms of life and
exercise your passions must have been
tested many times while learning and
progressing these calisthenics skills
what kinds of things out you to say path
sense and what have you learned from
following through with your long term
goals it's easier to be path since if
you focus yourself on your daily
progress if you enjoy what you're doing
and if you are able to meet your Avenue
smallest gains then you will succeed it
happens that you make one step forward
and two steps backwards it is important
to have a clear and long term goal in
mind but you also need to learn from
your daily mistakes try to understand
why you didn't like your last training
session and improve from there this will
help you to focus on your main goals and
keep motivated when you feel like you
have done pretty much about everything
and that it became boring because it's
always the same thing what do you do
I usually just change my type of
training or take a little rest from it
to come back more motivated how many
times per week you practiced to get one
specific exercise for example the full
planche at the beginning I used to
practice planche twice or three times
per week what is the best exercise to
learn front lever and plunge there is no
best exercise you have to do many
exercise and try out different methods
that will help you to achieve the same
goal we are all different and you need
to find what's best for you and what ups
you the most who is the best at callus
tanks in your opinion just like there is
no perfect exercise there is no perfect
athlete there are only different
categories of athletes like those who
are really good at certain reps or those
who do weighted calisthenics or
freestyle calisthenics each other it is
strong at something but weaker at
something else it's impossible to be
perfect at everything have you ever been
in Zagreb no I've never been
Hendra I was wondering if CrossFit
we loved me achieve these skills on the
bar you do will it help me know CrossFit
won't help you to reach Calais any
skills you have to Train specific
bodyweight exercises in a proper way to
reach the skills do you think free
workout is easier than professional
gymnastics professional you must learn
to train with many different types of
equipment and with a lot of space
available and this is the reason why it
seems more complete than calisthenics
calisthenics athletes however have many
other problems that gymnasts usually
don't have we have to often improve and
find the best combos in a very short
time we have to change our strategy
based on our open and during 1vs1
battles and learn complex skills with
very little equipment that's all for
today thumbs up if you enjoyed the video
and if you have any other questions just
leave a comment below and I will try to
answer as many as possible in my next
video
