hey guys thank you for always supporting
me I received so many questions that it
was impossible to answer them all so I
decided to make this video just for you
how old are you I'm 21 years old
describe your beginning I mean with what
did you start some push ups pull ups or
since you saw that you have been
training the few moves like planche I
started with buttocks bodyweight
exercises like push-ups pull-ups air
squats and others after a few months I
started trying my first skills what is
your favorite skill and what's a dream
skill or dynamic you really want to
achieve my favourite skill is probably
the planche in the bar with Sabine grip
I don't have any specific skill at the
moment because I can perform most of the
major skills so I'm not planning on
learning any new skill right now do you
the way that College tanks as well if so
how often no I don't do weighted
calisthenics I prefer working out using
only my bodyweight
how and why do you start with
calisthenics I started with basic
bodyweight training because I wanted to
get in shape and stay healthy then I
moved into calisthenics skills to learn
some new and advanced bodyweight
exercises how do you support yourself
are you sponsored actually I do have a
couple of sponsors and I'm a
calisthenics and bodyweight trainer and
personal trainer - do you lift weights
do you do bodybuilding do you do
weighted College shanks how did your
training look like right after
recovering from broken forearm after I
broke my forearm I had to follow some
therapy exercises just with my
physiotherapist as my arm was healing I
did some dumbbells exercises besides
this period when I was not in good shape
because of my broken forearm
I usually don't train with weights or do
