Andrea Larosa - Calisthenics Madbarz Challenge 03 [SUB ENG]
Few days ago I was contacted by Madbarz's guys to try out their application which contains:
Routines, Workout Programs and Nutrition Advices.
After watching my videos, they decided to challenge me by implementing some of their workouts in my challenges
so I chose 2 workouts and this is the result.
So guys, I just arrived to the gym.
Today we're going to have a push and a pull routine.
So, the first routine we are going to choose is the push one (push-ups)
The routine is called "Rebel Push" and consists on doing:
10 Decline Push Ups + 18 Incline PU + 10 Pike PU + 12 Wide PU.
The 2nd routine, instead, is all of pulling, all about Pull-ups, we are going to choose this quick routine called "Devil's Mix" and it consists on doing:
8 Wide Pull Ups + 15 Close grip Chin Ups + 12 Chin Ups.
The full routines consist on doing 3 rounds of each circuit with 90 seconds rest between one round and the other one.
and 30 seconds of rest between each exercise,
but today's challenge will be to do all the exercises without rest,
therefore, only the time necessary to change the station and wait for the next exercise to start from the application.
So guys, these were the 2 routines of today,
I challenge you to do every exercise with less rest as possible, let me know what you think.
