Hello guys today I'm at the park with Manuel for a new Challenge
I have a lot of ideas, what you'd like to do today?
Some basics exercises and maybe some light skills

so, we can do some push exercises, okay?
10 push ups + 1 second of Planche, back and forth
so I do 1 set and then you do 1 set and we repeat it until one of us is too tired to keep going.
Manuel: Me, For sure me ahahah.
It's too easy like that, let's increase the repetitions.
Since the challenge it's too easy
we are going to increase the number of repetitions after every set
so instead of 10 Push ups + 1" Planche
we are going to do 20 Push ups repetitions + 2" Planche
then 30 Push ups + 3" Planche and so on...until one of us is too tired to keep going.

Manuel: Yes, let's go.

Manuel: For him it's like going for a walk
Manuel: Since he does 5000 Planche Push ups ahah.
Keep going! You have to go lower!
Well, this challenge it was almost like a workout ahah.
Manuel: I told you that he would have been the winner!
Manuel: 100% Sure about it ahahah

Manuel: it doesn't seem, but this challenge is pretty tough.
To do 10 Push ups + 1" Planche every time would have been too easy
...but like that is...
Manuel: the challenge would have been too long...(without increasing the repetitions)
Like that is not so easy...
