Just did a few handstand on single bar after long time without doing them.
I don’t know how was the form, probably a few were good and a few not so good.
Good to activate the body and forearms.

I have no idea how he looked like.
That thing was funny, but seriously..

Do it properly
I didn’t train for the last 3 months,
he usually does a couple of wrist circles, a couple of front levers and then he comes back home.
I promised myself not do any skill today, but I didn’t resist.
Let’s go finish the basics.
