Hey guys.. I will show you one of my workout session today.
I have already finished my pre-workout formula.
(It’s called Energy aminos from foodspring) 1 scoop with 500ml of water.

This will be an extra session, I do still have to decide what to train.
Probably I will do whatever I feel to do.
I have a little bit of pain on my left arm/shoulder because I trained a lot in the last few days, so I hope it won’t bother me too much.

So today we chilled, we tried different things.
I’m satisfied with my session even without the chalk.
