I have not been training front lever since February 2020 ... February-March, which was the quarantine period.

I always feel my legs heavy, since I trained them last winter I always feel them swollen.
The thing I hate most about training on the rings is adjusting the height so that they are perfectly symmetrical to each other.
It's the thing I hate most, I waste more time doing that than training.

Workout is almost finished, now I do some basics.
2 or 3 sets of handstand pushups with neutral grip pullups.
Try it at home if you have the chance.
