A Look into my WORKOUT Session 09
Today I'm going to bring you with me at the park,
I wanna try some movements and holds that I didn't train in the last few years
Especially the V-sit
So today I will do some "attempts"
But first, a snack with peanut butter

I must be honest, I don't know what I'll train today, because I have some small injuries that comes from time to time
I have already had some treatments with my osteopath and physiotherapist
But I do still have pain
So I'll go with the flow
That's it for today
What a sh***y day
Hands ripped off, also I do still have pain on my shoulder and subscapularis
I won't be able to keep training like that if I can't fix my problems,
