A Look into my WORKOUT Session 08 🔥 Huge News 🔥
BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG NEWS!
You probably already know what I’m talking about, but I’m going to explain everything later.
Now I’m warming up with some push ups, archer push/pull ups.
It’s time to explain everything!
I have been working on this project for more than a year.
I just launched my brand of calisthenics/fitness products.
Probably the most satisfying products to use are the wooden rings.
You will feel extremely motivated just by touching them.
I choose to produce the wooden rings because you will be able to train both push and pull exercises.
Just by using these rings you will be able to train whatever you want, gymnastics exercises and strengthening ones.
The quality of the product is so good that I put my signature by engraving the wooden.
I also have decided to produce the elastic bands.
Black color, because all the other companies uses horrible colors.
There are 2 different resistance bands, so you can combine them together if needed.
You can use these resistance bands to increase the difficulty of some basic exercises (Like I just did for push ups)
The elastic band is also a great help in reducing your weight in the early steps of learning the more complex bodyweight exercises. (Like Planche, Fronte Lever, Back Lever etc)
You can also use the elastic bands to help you learn the basics of calisthenics (Pull ups, Dips etc).
If you use both the wooden rings and the elastic bands you will be able to train 99% of calisthenics/bodyweight exercises.
Last but not least, the wristbands with my personal logo.
Great to support your wrists during the most stressful exercises.
