Great pump session today. ‘Till I die.
I already know that you are thinking “Why do you do easy exercises?” And similar.
Every single exercise is easy, but it becomes way harder when you don’t rest much between sets and you do a lot of reps.
Also, the pump is so great that my arms are numb during and after every set.
After 2 weeks of strengthening sessions.
What do you think?
Riccardo: I’m destroyed, huge gains.
This type of session is harder than a calisthenics skill session.
Change my mind.
I’m the only one training right under the sun with 40°C.
I have never head of a gym that stays closed for a full month during summer.
Usually the gyms are closed for 10-14 days…not 30 days…
Obviously the following clips with advanced exercises are just some attempts after the real workout session.
Just to see how I feel.
My eyes are full of sweat.
Round 2!
My biceps are completely destroyed, but I do feel fatigued on my legs.
Probably this feeling is due to the hot temperature.
Also lack of rest.
Soon or later I will die if I continue to train and work this much.
It’s time to go to vacations.
