A Look into my Workout Session 06
This is the last workout session of the week.
I did’t train much in these last few weeks, but I’m pretty tired.
Today I’m going to do some strengthening exercises and maybe some easy skills, like L-sit, V-sit and similar.
So I’m gradually going to increase the difficulty of the workout sessions in the future, or at least I hope so.
I sipped some pre-workout, so I will be able to finish all the remaining energies of the week.
Then I’ll rest a couple of days. Let’s see what happens.

You will be able to work and improve push ups, dips, pull ups and all the fundamentals exercises of calisthenics.
You can clearly see that I don’t usually work on the bar (due to the ripped calluses).
