A Day in the Life | MY WORKOUT During HOME Isolation
Hey guys, I received so many messages and questions on how to train at home and how I do workout in this difficult period of lockdown.
I decided to record “A Day in the life” so you can understand what I’m doing.
The positive thing to stay at home is that I can now start training again.
I’m currently working out 2 per day, a training session in the morning with basics and a training session in the afternoon with skills.
So, 1st thing in the morning: breakfast with milk + whey hydro isolate protein and a mix of cereals.
I do usually drink rice milk or almond milk.
But I finished them both, so I had no other choices than classic milk.
Breakfast done. I’m going to wait a little bit and then I will start with my 1st training session.
1st session done!
Started with a massage to relax a little bit my muscles, then I did a few rounds of jumping rope, core exercises etc.
Then I finished with Pull ups/Chin ups and Dips.
I focused on the eccentric part of every repetition, and did a lot of volume.
Now I’m going to stretch again (just a little bit) and then I’ll lunch.
Rice, Crackers + Peanut Butter and a Banana.
Rice for carbs, so I still have enough energies for the 2nd session.
Peanut Butter for fats and proteins, but especially because I do love it.
This one is the crunchy one and it is just too good!

I still have a couple of hours before 2nd workout of the day.

I hope you enjoyed this editing, I trained a little bit of everything.
I didn’t follow a strict program for today, because I wanted to record different bodyweight exercises and skills.
Planche, Planche Press, Handstands, Front Levers etc.
Now I do some stretching exercises. I already started sipping my post workout.
Sometimes I do sip this while working out too, because it is so damn good. (Even if this is just a protein drink).
I do enjoy more my workout
and as you already know, everything becomes easier when you enjoy something!
I noticed this product just recently, and I love it!
This helps me reaching my daily protein intake.
After the stretching I will take a shower and then it will be time for the dinner.
This is my “A day in the life” while I'm home isolated.
Home, Workouts, Video-calls, Instagram Directs, another Workout and so on.
This is all I do.
