I'm going to do breakfast.

Whey protein that I usually take as a post workout, but these with coffee flavour are perfect to mix with some milk for breakfast

I can start the day.
Just finished my breakfast, now I'm going to the supermarket to do some groceries because this evening I will leave for a workshop in Bergamo
So I take advantage to buy something healthy to eat on the train.
I bought some fruits and bresaola meat to bring with me for the travel.
Now I'm going to work on some workout programs that I wasn't able to finish yesterday
and then I will training.
So guys...It's almost 12pm, I'm going to start my training,
today I'm planning to do only basic exercises because these last few days I have had some heavy training sessions.
So today I will do only basic push/pull exercises.
I'm going to start my warm up and then I'll do some more interesting exercises.

I don't feel 100% warmed up, but is okay for today, because I'm going to work only on some pull-ups, dips and other basic exercises.
Finished my training, now I'm going to take a shower, I will lunch and then I'm going to prepare my bag for the trip.
Now I'm going to the train station.
It's 12:30 am, I'm just arrived to the hotel.
I can finally rest a little bit, so tomorrow I will do my workshop.
