6 MIN UPPER BODY Workout
For this workout session you need a good basic strength
If you need help to improve your basic strength you can…
1) Watch my youtube videos where I show you some basic/beginner routines.
2) Visit my website www.andrealarosa.fit for my workout programs
3) You can train the basics exercises by yourself until you get stronger.
If after all these things you are still not able to do this session, don’t worry, you can decrease the difficulty.
Let me explain...1st exercise: Handstand push ups
If too difficult, you can do Pike Push ups.
2nd Exercise: Pull ups.
Be sure to control every repetition of every exercise. It’s not a race.
At least 8-10 reps for the hardest exercises. 20 reps for the easiest exercises.
If the pull ups are too difficult you can assist yourself with the help of an elastic band.
3rd exercise: Dips
You already know the movement, try to break the 90° angle when you go down and then push yourself up.
4th exercise: Pull ups with neutral grip.
I used the gymnastic rings since I don’t have the monkey bars here.
Just be sure to use the neutral grip.
5th Exercise: Push ups.
Probably you will be tired due to the previous exercises.
Focus on the proper movement, don’t rush the execution.
If you are too tired after a few reps you can help yourself by putting the knees down on the ground.
Last exercise: Australian Pull ups.
You already know the exercise, I already explained the movement in different videos.
Feet on the ground, upper body parallel to the ground.
You can use a low bar or some gymnastic rings. Just be sure to pull to chest height or little lower.
It’s not an easy session, but it’s pretty quick.
Great for the days when you don’t have much free time.
I suggest you to repeat the circuit 2-3 times. Rest 4-5 minutes between each round.
I’m sure you will be destroyed after a couple of rounds.
Let me know what you think about this video with a comment.
If you have the possibility you must try it. The muscle pump is great and it is very satisfying.
