I got worse
I have never really trained one arm tricep extensions, But I remember I was able able to do them pretty easily a few years ago.
Probably my triceps haven’t recovered 100% from my last push workout.
Let me think, last session was an hard one,
It was 3 or 4 days ago, so it’s probably due to the fact that my triceps haven’t recovered properly.
Sadly the form of these Tricep Extensions wasn’t good enough
I’m used to do quality work during my sessions.
It is also strange that my right arm felt weaker than the left one.
Anyway, that was the exercise of the day.
Now I’m going to the calisthenics room for some supersets
